LA York Girl Home
Having been born and raised in LA I recently made the move out to NYC and it’s been an adventure. Here I will share my stories as I navigate my way though the city and try to make NYC a place called home.

Brooklyn Bridge Walk
Walked the Brooklyn Bridge with my friend Jaclyn and it was something I would recommend if you are in NYC. Took the subway into Brooklyn and walked around a park in DUMBO (yes it is a strange name, Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) and the closest thing to a beach I have seen.
The bridge has an amazing view of the city. I also noticed a lot of people walk home on the bridge from work. I thought I may be able to get a good work out going but there are way too many people and bikers that could almost take your head off coming around those corners.
At the end of my walk saw a cool house with a hot tub and a man with a GIANT SNAKE hanging out in the park. I don't think that is legal!!
Another touristy thing I can check off the list though I haven't done too many!
